REASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Install the No. 2 seat rod sub-assembly with the 2 bolts. Torque: 18 N·m (184 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf) |
2. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Install the power seat motor with the 3 bolts. Torque: 9.0 N·m (92 kgf·cm, 80 in·lbf) |
3. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Install the power seat motor with the 3 bolts. Torque: 9.0 N·m (92 kgf·cm, 80 in·lbf) |
|
(b) Install the reclining connecting pipe with the 2 washers. |
4. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Install the No. 3 seatback frame with the 3 bolts. Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf) |
5. INSTALL RECLINING CONTROL BASE LH
|
(a) Install the reclining control base with the 2 bolts. Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf) |
6. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE HARNESS NO. 2
|
(a) Engage the 4 wire harness clamps. |
(b) Connect the 3 connectors and install the rear seat wire harness No. 2.
7. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover to the seatback pad with 16 new hog rings. |
8. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
|
(a) Engage the clip and install the rear seat belt hook. |
(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover with pad to the seatback frame with a new hog ring.
|
(c) Engage the hooks and install the seatback cover with pad. |
(d) Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.
9. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Align the protruding portion of the rear No. 2 seat headrest supports with the installation grooves of the rear No. 2 seatback frame. |
(b) Engage the 8 claws and install the 4 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.
10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the 12 clips and install the rear seatback board sub-assembly. |
11. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER LH
|
(a) Engage the 3 clips and install the rear No. 2 seatback cover. |
12. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
13. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH
|
(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover. |
(b) Install the screw.
15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER INNER RH
|
(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover. |
(b) Install the screw.
16. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 13 new hog rings. |
17. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Engage the hooks. |
|
(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seat cushion spring to the seat cushion cover with 7 new hog rings. |
18. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the 2 bushes to the cushion spring. Then using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.
- for Bolt A
Torque: 21 N·m (214 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
- for Bolt B
Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER OUTER LH
|
(a) Engage the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover outer. |
(b) Install the screw.
20. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER INNER RH
|
(a) Engage the 4 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover inner. |
(b) Install the screw.
21. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
